It’s Women’s History Month!

The City Council celebrated Women's History Month by presenting a proclamation of appreciation to the City's leadership team at the March 6, 2024 City Council meeting.

Six of the nine City Department Directors are women, and 50 percent of the employees in the City Manager's Office are female. And the City Council is one of only a handful of all women City Councils in California.

This year's theme is “Women Who Advocate for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.”

We are proud of the many contributions of all female City staff members, and thank them for being role models for future leaders.
